Zadeh residence

Publisher Norm Zadeh wanted a contemporary home that could double as a photo set and studio for his magazine, Perfect 10. He commissioned Landry Design Group to create the ultimate single guy's fantasy pad in Beverly park. The house is very private. Located inside of of Southern California's most exclusive gated enclaves, the Zadeh house is additionally sheltered by hills and shrubbery. Its views are of the rugged Santa Monica Mountains, with the city lights peaking through in the distance.
